The Odessa Roerich House Museum was opened on March 10th, 2000, and since then has welcomed thousands of visitors, hosted hundreds of events: exhibitions, cultural, educational programs, as well as presentations and scientific conferences.

The Museum was founded by the Odessa Roerich Pact Committee, and the South Ukrainian Nicholas Roerich Charitable Fund. As it was foreseen by Svetoslav Roerich, "...The essence of the Center-Museum concept is that its most optimal functioning may be in the status of a public organization...". Following that token, the Odessa Roerich House Museum is a public, non-profit and community-driven organization. All our activities, including exhibitions, concerts, conferences, public and educational programs, are made possible by our generous supporters.
